A new home for the IKRK

With the Australian Government winding up Land & Water Australia (LWA), this Information and Knowledge Resource Kit will shortly be moving to a new home with the Australian River Restoration Centre (ARRC) www.arrc.com.au. The ARRC is a not-for-profit organisation that is building on the success of LWA's National Riparian Lands R&D Program, which ran for thirteen years and significantly improved our understanding of Australian river function, and the management actions that can protect, enhance and restore riverine environments. The transfer of the Information and Knowledge Resource Kit from LWA to ARRC will occur between about 20 July and early August 2009. After the transfer, the Information and Knowledge Resource Kit will be accessible through the current web address, and also directly from the ARRC website.
